What is freediving or apnea diving?
Apnea diving, freediving or free diving is one of the most natural ways to consciously experience the element of water. With just one breath we can experience a symbiosis of mental and physical abilities and perceive ourselves more intensely in the environment. We offer a wide range of courses, coaching and workshops, all of which are taught at the highest quality level, with fun and passion - there is something for everyone. We give you everything you need to confidently discover this new world on your own.

FREEDIVING COURSE
There are only small differences between the training levels of AIDA and SSI. There are many training systems that correspond to the respective levels of another organization. This is called equivalence, i.e. "this level is comparable to the other level". For example, you can start training with AIDA and if you want to switch for some reason, that is possible.
