Stefan Randig and Fabio Tunn combine their knowledge of deep diving in a 5-day coaching session. Join us and experience the atmosphere as you dive into the deep blue of the Red Sea, with a view of the mountainous desert landscape of Egypt.

A Mecca for freediving worldwide, the Blue Hole in Dahab, a must for all apnea enthusiasts.
Our vision is to bring you closer to Deepdiving under the best conditions, to make your dives more confident, professional and safer to shape. Deepdiving is a combination of dynamics and statics, where especially the equalization, the Relaxation and the dive strategy are the keys.
We have competition experience, give specially Depth Coaching und wollen euch auf dem Weg in die Tiefe zu begleiten.

We subdivide this 5-day workshop in three stages.
We proceed in the rhythm 2 - 1 - 2, so that we start with the first two days directly in the morning in the Blue Hole. After that we breathe a day at Fundives to recover at the beautiful reefs directly in Dahab before it goes again for two more days for the finale into the depths.
We welcome you warmly each day with an introductory discussion of the daily program at Bedouintea and sea view. Then you go into the water depending on the number of participants with a maximum of three buoys and three divers per buoy (e.g. 3 - 3 - 3).
After adjustments and optimization of equipment and buoyancy control we will in the water individually and flexibly address the relevant technical focal points in each case.
Each session at the Blue Hole is followed by specific key topics, directly on site in the Freedive Oasis of the 'Aquamarina Restaurant'. There we will deepen our tips and tricks with you, strengthened after a good lunch with another Bedouintea or coffee.
At about 4 p.m. we start our way home and reach Dahab in the late afternoon.

After the last session we will meet afterwards for the exciting video analysis in the classroom. You will be filmed throughout the workshop, we will analyze the key points and you can keep your videos as souvenir.
At the end of the days we then drive in convoy into the desert to the authentic Bedouindinner under the stars.
Blue Hole
The Blue Hole is a naturally formed sinkhole about 8 km outside of Dahab. With its depth of around 92m, visibility of up to 30m and no current, it also offers the world's best freedivers the best conditions to train.
The crowning jewel of the Blue Hole is the Arch, a huge archway that extends from about 53m to the ground and is also a connection with the open sea.
Nowhere else can you find more buoys next to each other on the surfaceline than here and so it is the charm all freedive levels to be found united in one place.
Beginning April is the starting signal in the Blue Hole. The water temperature will be 24 degrees, there are no thermoclines. We recommend diving in a well-fitting 1.5mm two-piece suit or 3mm for the frostbitten among us ;-) As far as air temperatures go, it cools down a bit in the evening and at night. We recommend bringing a light windbreaker. During the day it is summery warm!
If necessary, we will be happy to provide lead and lead belts at no extra charge. Other equipment can be rented for an additional charge.
Gold
For the Arrival to Dahab is Sharm El Sheikh the destination airport. There are regular flights from Germany from all major German airports, either directly or with a stopover in Istanbul. Some airlines even offer a additional sports luggage (like diving equipment) included in the price, for example with 'Edelweiss Air'.
After arriving in Sharm El Sheikh, it is a 90-minute drive to Dahab.
Taxis are available at the airport (if you are willing to negotiate), we are also happy to organize the transfer (not included in the workshop price, 30 euros each way). We recommend one day for arrival and departure to plan.
Accommodation
There are three options for accommodation in Dahab:
- Budget: The so-called "camps" offer the cheapest option for overnight stays in Dahab. Very simple but authentic rooms with private bathrooms from around 25 euros per night. We recommend the "Marine Garden" and "Sindbad" camp. Both with great location, right by the sea.
- Midrange: For a little more "luxury" there is a wide selection of hotels in Dahab. We recommend the
"Red Sea Relax", "Coral Coast" or "Blue Beach". All with a great location right by the sea. From around 50 euros per night.
- AirBnB: There is a very large selection of apartments in Dahab that are rented through AirBnB. Ideal for self-catering and travelers who plan to stay for more than 3 weeks. We recommend the areas "Lighthouse", "Eel Garden" and who wants to live away from tourism, the "Original Beach".
Catering
Dahab offers for a Desert oasis everything the palate desires and that is remarkable. We can recommend some restaurants and so you can find pizza, fresh fish and even sushi. There are also options for vegetarians and vegans plenty of alternatives.
In addition to the restaurants, there are also smaller local supermarkets on many street corners that can help you satisfy your hunger and thirst in between meals.

To your Spot to secure we charge a deposit of approximately 50% (325 euros).
The remaining amount in euros can then be paid here on site before the start of the workshop. Payment methods are
