Immerse yourself in an unforgettable experience in the unique ambience of Dive 4 Life and take your pressure equalization to the next level.
As a specialized equalization instructor, my vision is to help you with your equalization for deep diving. Your dives will then be more confident, professional and safe. For all levels from beginner to advanced.
I would like to show you a key and way to master pressure equalization chronologically and systematically.

The workshop begins before the workshop.
I will conduct a video call with all participants in advance via Zoom.
I will introduce you to the detailed theory to make it easier for you to get started with our workshop, so that we can speak a common language during the workshop. The video call usually lasts 2 hours.
We discuss the theory, do special exercises, form a new basis, train our motor skills and are then ready for Dive 4 Life.
In this 2-day workshop we will then cover the main points of pressure equalization of instinctive and evolved Frenzel.
On all days we start in the morning directly in Dive 4 Life with a short welcome to the day's program and a stretching session with specific exercises that I use for myself.
Then you go into the water for a session of up to 2 hours, depending on the number of participants.
In the session I will address the relevant technical issues individually and flexibly. The nice thing is that with these special exercises we don't have to dive too deep and so it is possible for all levels to practice and develop their pressure equalization at a maximum depth of 20m.
After the sessions, we meet for the theory units in the early afternoon in the seminar room directly in Dive 4 Life, reflect on the session and deepen our knowledge of pressure equalization in a structured manner.
After the last session, we will discuss the last few days and I will tell you how you can best train for yourself beyond the workshop.
We also take a look at your dives in an analysis, as they help to identify the key points again and you can keep your videos as a souvenir.
At the end we can end the day with dinner together.
Dive 4 Life
Dive 4 Life opened in 2004. The history of this diving center is closely linked to the desire to provide divers of all levels with a unique environment in which they can improve their skills and experience the beauty of diving in a controlled, safe space.
With an impressive depth of up to 20 meters, it has the deepest pool in Germany with a water temperature of 26 degrees. Not only clear water awaits you here, but also a variety of underwater worlds that are waiting for you to explore.

YOUR TICKET
Quality is my top priority, so everyone can receive individual coaching. The total price of the workshop is 349 euros per person.
To secure your spot, a deposit of approximately 50% (175 euros) is required. The minimum number of participants for the workshop is 3 people.
The remaining amount in Euro must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the workshop. Payment methods are
