Who is our coaching suitable for?

Our coaching is aimed at everyone, from absolute beginners to freediving professionals who want to improve their skills. It is not important to us how many certificates you already have, but what you can improve on. That is why we offer a wide range of options. We know many deep freedivers around the world who have only completed their beginners course and have been able to develop further through coaching.

Pressure equalization is one of the key topics for beginners so that they can dive in a relaxed manner and not put themselves under additional stress. We specialize in teaching pressure equalization in freediving and we can also do this online.

What exactly do we offer in terms of coaching?
