Ever since I was a child, I have been connected to the element of water. The fascination of the sea was already anchored in the snorkeling holidays in Sardinia. While scuba diving in Lanzarote in 2011 and Mallorca in 2012, the connection between the water and the depth became an elementary must for me.

The relaxation, the calm, the deceleration in depth, an indispensable experience. But was that what I was looking for? Nearly!

I was able to experience what was missing in June 2021. I did my freediving course to dive deep with just one breath. This experience was so fascinating for me that I registered for the follow-up course that same evening and had it in my pocket in October of the same year through my diving instructor Fabio Tunno.

The last level followed in May 2022 starting in the lake and ending in Dahab, Egypt, one of the freediving destinations, again with Fabio.

Through the professional guidance and instructions, I became his training partner and first safety diver at his German records in the lake with 71m CWTB and 78m CWT in July 2022 in Lake Constance.

The feeling of being in the water and letting myself fall into the depths made me decide to fly to Dahab a second time in such a short time to take part in the "Fabiolous Element" workshop, a workshop specifically for deep diving.

After that I decided to do my AIDA diving instructor for freediving, which I completed in March 2023.

I discovered freediving for myself and I want to show you that there is no age limit for it.
