A structured introduction through AIDA 2 or SSI Freediver certification – combining theory, breathing techniques, pool sessions and open-water training into one comprehensive learning experience.
You don't need any previous diving experience or exceptional fitness to start freediving.
What matters most is staying calm, being curious and being willing to explore your breathing with awareness.

Understanding Freediving
Freediving is often associated with extreme depths and long breath-hold times. In reality, it begins with something entirely different: relaxation, control and mindful awareness.
The focus isn't on diving as deep as possible, but on staying calm, understanding your body and moving safely through the water.
Depth is a result – not the goal.

A safe introduction to freediving is built on clear standards, structured training, and awareness of your own body. These principles are at the heart of every beginner course we offer.
Our courses follow internationally recognized freediving training standards.
Your introduction to freediving follows a step-by-step approach. Each stage builds naturally on the previous one, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
You'll learn the fundamentals of freediving, safe breathing practices and the essential principles of relaxation and control.
In a controlled environment, you'll practice breath-holding, movement and technique without performance pressure – focusing entirely on safety and body awareness.
Only when you feel safe and comfortable will you move on to open-water training. Depth becomes a natural result of your progress – never the primary goal.
You set the pace at every stage. Breaks, questions or stopping a session are always welcome.
Freediving is about much more than diving without scuba equipment. It develops essential skills that improve safety, body awareness and mental calmness – both in the water and beyond.
Depending on your experience and personal comfort level, there are different ways to begin your freediving journey. Both options are safe, structured and designed to help you find the right starting point.
