Competition Performance Is Not an End in Itself

Competition results are not a snapshot of a single moment. They reflect years of dedicated work under clearly defined conditions. Every depth, every discipline and every valid result requires precise technique, consistent execution and a reliable safety framework.

The achievements listed here are the result of structured preparation, repeatable processes and a consistent approach to managing risk, physical demands and decision-making under pressure.

This experience directly shapes our courses, coaching and training programs – not as a promise of performance, but as a practical foundation for safe and sustainable freediving.

The Reality of Training

Competition performance isn't built at the moment of the dive, but through preparation. Training requires planning, repetition and clear routines – whether the goal is a competition or personal progress.

What These Achievements Really Mean

Competition success and records are the result of structure, patience, consistent training and the ability to make clear decisions under pressure.

These same principles shape my approach to coaching. Not everyone wants to compete – but everyone benefits from clarity, safety and a training system that works.

My role isn't to sell the promise of greater depth. It's to help people develop their own potential in a controlled and sustainable way – regardless of where they start.

This is how performance becomes the foundation for responsibility – in training, coaching and in the water.
