Fabiolous ELEMENT – Freediving Camp Dahab

Experience the atmosphere, the coaching and the depths – straight from the Blue Hole in Dahab.

Our Vision for Fabiolous ELEMENT

Our vision is to help you explore depth diving in the best possible conditions – through coaching that combines technique, mental strength and safety. Depth is not simply about reaching a number, but about consciously bringing together relaxation, equalization, efficient movement and strategy.

Stefan Rondig and Fabio Tunno combine their competition and coaching experience to prepare you individually for your next steps in depth – whether your goal is personal progression or competition-focused freediving.

At Fabiolous ELEMENT, it's not about going deeper, faster. It's about a well-organized setup, clear procedures and sustainable progress. For us, quality always comes before quantity.

Fabiolous ELEMENT – Schedule & Program

Fabiolous ELEMENT is a five-day freediving coaching camp with a clear structure. Each day combines focused preparation on land, personalized coaching in the water and follow-up theory sessions to reflect on the day's training.

Dry Training & Stretching

Each day begins with targeted dry exercises, breathing techniques and stretching.

These sessions prepare your body and nervous system for depth diving, laying the foundation for smooth, controlled execution in the water.

In-Water Coaching

We accompany you throughout your dives, providing targeted feedback where it matters most – right in the water.

The focus is on personalized coaching: fine-tuning your technique, dive procedures and preparation to match your current level.

This creates calm, focused sessions where small adjustments can make a big difference – efficiently, safely and with lasting results.

Video Analysis & Feedback

All dives are filmed throughout the workshop and reviewed together afterwards.

In a relaxed atmosphere, we discuss your technique, movement patterns and key moments of each dive. The goal isn't to judge your performance, but to build understanding, provide guidance and identify specific areas for improvement.

You'll receive clear, actionable feedback and take your videos home as valuable learning resources.

Theory & Mindset

During our theory sessions, we explore the topics covered in the water and through video analysis in greater depth.

Topics such as equalization, dive strategy, relaxation and mental preparation are explained clearly and connected directly to your own diving experiences.

The goal is to build safety, clarity and confidence for your upcoming dives.

Recovery & Relaxation

Between intensive training days, we deliberately make time for recovery.

During relaxed snorkeling trips and fun dives around Dahab's reefs, the focus shifts to simply enjoying movement in the water – without performance pressure or depth targets. These sessions help release tension, improve body awareness and recharge your energy for the next training sessions.

There's also plenty of time to connect with others, observe marine life and simply enjoy the underwater world.

Schedule & Structure

The five-day workshop follows a carefully structured 2–1–2 schedule. This allows us to combine intensive depth training with dedicated recovery, theory and long-term skill development – including all on-site organization.

Days 1 & 2 · Getting Started & Building Depth

On the first two days, we start each morning with a group transfer from your accommodation in Dahab to the Blue Hole.

Entry to the Blue Hole and all on-site organization are included.

After a short daily briefing, we begin our structured, personalized dive sessions – tailored to your experience level and individual goals. The focus is on equalization, diving technique, proper weighting and safe, efficient procedures at depth.

Each training day includes video footage of one selected dive.

We review the footage together later that same day to support your technical and mental development.

Day 3 · Recovery & Integration

The third day is intentionally dedicated to recovery. During a relaxed snorkeling trip to one of the reefs around Dahab, we give both body and mind time to process the experiences of the first two depth-training days.

There are no theory sessions or structured training activities on this day. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy – whether you want to relax, explore on your own or simply experience Dahab at your own pace.

Days 4 & 5 · Refinement & Wrap-Up

On the final two days, we return to the Blue Hole.

Once again, we travel together from Dahab in the morning, with entrance fees and all on-site arrangements included.

The focus now shifts to further refining your technique, dive strategy and mental approach.

On each of these days, one dive per participant is filmed and reviewed together later that same day.

To round off the week, we come together for a traditional Bedouin dinner in the desert – including transfers and all arrangements.

Few places in the world combine natural beauty, technical depth and consistently favorable conditions quite like the Blue Hole.

Dahab

– An Oasis on the Red Sea

Panoramablick auf Dahab am Roten Meer mit Küstenlinie, Wüste und Riffen

Dahab is a small coastal town on the Sinai Peninsula and has been a gathering place for freedivers from around the world for decades. Away from large hotel resorts, Dahab offers a unique blend of desert, sea and community.

Life revolves around the waterfront: cafés, restaurants and dive sites are all within walking distance, and the pace of life is relaxed and unhurried. This atmosphere makes Dahab the perfect place for intensive training, connecting with others and recovery.

Between training sessions, shared lunches and relaxed evenings, there's plenty of time to settle in, unwind and focus entirely on your own diving.

Accommodation & Dining

Accommodation

Dahab offers a variety of accommodation options to suit different budgets and comfort preferences. For logistical reasons, we recommend staying in the Assalah or Lighthouse areas.

• Budget: The so-called “camps” offer the most affordable accommodation. These are simple but authentic rooms with private bathrooms.

Recommended: Marine Garden Camp and Sindbad Camp – both located directly by the sea.

• Midrange: For a little more comfort, there's a wide selection of well-located hotels.

Recommended: Red Sea Relax, Coral Coast or Blue Beach.

• Airbnb: Dahab offers a wide range of apartments, ideal for independent travelers or longer stays.

The Lighthouse, Eel Garden and quieter Assalah Beach areas are particularly recommended.

Dining

For a small desert oasis, Dahab offers a remarkable variety of food and dining options.

Along the waterfront promenade and throughout the town center, you'll find plenty of restaurants and cafés – serving everything from local cuisine, pizza and fresh fish to vegetarian and vegan dishes.

There are also numerous small supermarkets, perfect for picking up snacks and supplies throughout the day.

You'll find more recommendations for cafés, restaurants and activities in our brochure, “Dahab Tips – Your Guide to the Oasis,” which you'll receive before your arrival.

Tip:

Many participants extend their stay in Dahab before or after the camp to combine training, relaxation and a holiday.
